How to Make a Screen Macbook

A screen macbook is a laptop computer that can be used as a second monitor for a PC. It’s useful for work and other tasks where you need a larger screen than the one that comes with your laptop. It can also be a good way to view a video from a friend or family member who doesn’t have a Mac.

To make a screen macbook, you need a Mac with at least a 15-inch display and a Thunderbolt port. Most recent Macs have Thunderbolt ports, but you’ll need an adapter if your monitor has only HDMI or DisplayPort interfaces.

You can make a screen macbook by using the Screenshot app or QuickTime player, or you can use a third-party application to do it. Apple’s native screenshot tool is easy to use and offers several shortcuts you can use to take a screen shot.

Capture the entire screen, a window or a selected area of the screen with a simple screenshot:

If you want to take a screenshot of the whole screen, press and hold Shift + Command+ 4. The crosshair on your cursor should turn into a camera icon. To move the selected area or cancel taking a screenshot, click and drag the mouse or trackpad.

Change the size and position of windows with Split View: You can easily adjust the divider line that divides your screen, as well as the sizes and positions of windows. When you’re ready to change the split view settings, click the small divider bar at the top-left corner of your screen and slide it left or right to adjust each half of the screen.

You can even resize individual windows and the title bar in an app’s window with this feature. When you’re done, click the button that says “Split to” at the bottom of the divider line and your windows will automatically switch places.

Use the Touch Bar to capture screens:

If you’re a macOS Mojave user, you can use the Touch Bar to take screenshots without opening any other apps or programs. The Touch Bar screenshot button can be moved to any location on the Touch Bar, and it’s very simple to do.

It’s a great feature for working on spreadsheets or other documents that you don’t want to have to scroll across the screen. You can also snap a picture of a website you’re reading or an important document you need to reference later.

Keep your Mac’s screen clean:

Your MacBook’s screen can collect smudges and dust over time, but you can easily keep it clean with some common cleaning products. Ideally, you’ll use a microfiber cloth with water to wipe down the screen, but you can also use a cleaner such as 70% isopropyl alcohol if you’re not comfortable with water.

To get the best results, however, be sure to wipe down the screen with the cloth in rows from top to bottom or columns from side to side. This method will remove smudges quickly and thoroughly.
